Brad Bishop family murder in Carderock. They never found him. I went to school with his sons who were murdered. A neighbor claimed to have seen him in Italy in the 1990's.

Where did you get that his body had been drained of blood?? I read that they ran blood samples to look for drugs etc and they were negative, which seems to contradict that. And I just double checked the wikipedia page which mentions nothing of his body being drained of blood
