Do you think the average physician in private practice knows how to evaluate clinical trials? Search the scientific literature? Has time to stay abreast of research on each patient’s problem ?

If you do, you are a fool.

We need people who spend their careers doing this. Not people who spend fifteen minutes of time examining each of thirty people a day , five days a week.
