Start with rolling back the "rights" they already have and have been exercising for hundreds of years. The right of a naturalized citizen to vote in a federal election was already challenged this year in Iowa. In Ohio, naturalized citizens can be forced to submit extra paperwork to vote. North Carolina voted to take the language of a right to vote including "naturalized" citizens out of the state constitution, even though the law itself didn't change -- just the specific assurance. For no particular purpose, of course.

I'm sure all of this is random, aren't you? We just happen to be targeting naturalized citizens for no reason at all. it will stop there. Obviously.

So, it's all about enforcing existing laws, and making sure there are sufficient resources to do so. Oh, there is not a single mention of "naturalized citizens" throughout the 900 pages.
