Silly to compare the two but the DMV boys list is just DMV. In just the DMV it appears boys are getting more.committed players. I think it would help the DMV girls effort if they had more than just one high level recruiting club that is DMV based.
Problem is, they don't have enough quality girls to fill a second high level club.
