Would you be OK with hsv1? The strain most dcumers carry?
I do date men with hsv1 but still ask for a test as it shows the range. Also I tell lets only do light kissing and if they had outbreaks. I kissed several men with hsv1 and so far so good - I'm still hsv1 negative. I think it takes more contact, saliva exchange, different viral load at the time of kissing to get this infection.
There is also stats from NIH that people with under 10 partners won't have hsv1; if your number is over 10 you are 90% likely to have it. I'm still under 10.
I'm still learning about hsv-1. A guy who says he had it before sex wants to date me. I'm neg. What does a "range" mean? He took an STD test but hasn't shown me the results yet. No idea why he took it because he said he bought the test to show me.
He needs to text you the test (I usually text mine first and wait for reciprocity - some of them just disappear probably tests don't clear).
≤0.90: Index negative, no antibody detected
0.91 - 1.09: Index equivocal, repeat testing in 4 - 6 weeks
≥1.10: Index positive, IgG antibody to HSV-I/HSV-II detected
So hsv 1 or 2 can't be accurately detected?

Very few, maybe 5% insisted on it and a few others were very glad to skip it when I told them I had a vasectomy. In my experience, women hate condoms just as much, or more than men. That really surprised me after my divorce 20 years ago. From all I've read, I thought for sure that practicing safe sex was the norm.Anonymous wrote:Women talk about using condoms a lot. However in my real word experience I have had many women just ready to hop on me without asking for condoms especially women in their 30s/40s.
They probably already have genital herpes. I read on reddit how a sex worker caught it. She was late on her rent and about to be evicted and a guy with what she though just had eczema paid her to sleep with him and she caught gen herpes. She was so angry and wanted to pass it on to everyone
That's a shame because sex workers are much safer to have sex with than non sex workers
They get tested weekly and practice good safety barriers. It's cheaper for a horny man to pay these women than with all.thsoe women on OLD hoping around from to men.

How is the age of the woman relevant? You'd do that with a younger random woman?
Would you accept it from someone even if you wouldn't give it?
I guess young vaginal fluids are much less gross than those that have expired.
What a jerk!
Heh my 16 yr old cousin whose now 22 has gotten around. She's crazy and bipolar. Young guys can enjoy. I'm 40 more attractive hotter and less mileage.

Keep doing what you’re doing. I have to insist on condoms and many women are disappointed. They think because I have a vasectomy, that I’m fine with no condoms. Um, STIs? Hello?
I get tested quarterly.

This is scary. I am not 6 months post divorce and horny as f**k. But I am still working on myself and spending time with myself l. I'll worry about sex later ..But this is scary. I'll def insist on condoms. But how do you approach that? I guess you guys discuss it long before you have sex cause it's awkward as hell and can be a boner killer if one of the partner isnt on the same page as far as condom use.
