I only feel that way when I'm on my period. You may not be quite up to the amount you need yet. Stay with it and try upping your water and starting meals/snacks with protein.

Really hope i continue to lose - I’ve got at least 20 pounds more to go.
My story is almost exactly the same. I used to think about food constantly whether I was hungry or not. Constantly thinking about what I get to eat next. Ending the food noise has been the biggest change for me.
I will say I’m nervous about maintenance when the time comes. Even though im paying for compounded instead of name brand out of pocket, I’m still not sure I want this expense for the rest of my life. I guess time will tell.
How much do you pay for the compounded shot?
DP I pay $250 per 6 weeks and will stay at the lowest dose because it's effective for me.
Oh wow, so $250 for 6 weeks is only $41.67 per shot? I thought the compounded version of the drug was more expensive than that.

Isn’t this how someone who was dieting without medication would eat as well?
No. Most people who are dieting are thinking about food, calories, etc.
What it's most like is a person who is not dieting and is just enjoying food, but does not overeat or think about eating eating/calories/dieting constantly.
