We don’t trust MCPS to follow confidentiality laws. Everyone knows everyone’s business and you still get blacklisted for having boundaries and sticking up for yourself. Just look at how some people have been treated during involuntary transfer season. Individual schools have too much power and the many positions at Co that are supposed to oversee them have a carousel of changing personnel.

There is no line internally at MCPS. They have no sense of decency organizationally. The only time MCPS reacts is if she reaches the media or lawsuit status. If Beidleman’s story had no reached the Post, he would still be principal of Paint Branch and everything would be business as usual.
