It doesn't read that much different on Hilary Duff. It fits her better (not so much boob overflow) and the color makes it harder to see the sheer part. The sheer part is the worst part. It makes you notice that it looks like Hilary Duff is wearing satin granny briefs underneath.

Overall these dresses would be prettier and less sleazy if they were solid instead of see-through and dialed back the strappy stuff.
