We try to avoid too many carbs in the car as activity is limited on those days. We do normally go for a family jog at lunch though before we eat. We park at a school/ neighborhood park and jog a couple miles then eat. It’s quite lovely. Our kids as young as 4 have done this.

Ugh those three places to eat (I won't call them restaurants) are disgusting. I wouldn't even let my dog eat that "food."
