Yeah, not a "com" but so so SO good. The leads were so charismatic and their chemistry was amazing (I think they were dating at the time).
Unfortunately for us fans of the movie, Sanaa Lathan, who played the lead Monica, came out a fee years ago saying she was miserable during filming. Though she was dating Omar Epps secretly at the time too.
Oh no!! Why?? I feel bad for loving it so much if she hated making it

+1 Sliding Doors. The Birdcage. I still laugh uncontrollably with others when I dead ringer Agador Spartacus (Hank Azaria) at the most inappropriate moments.
Are jooo afraid of my Guatemalan-ness?

Whish wig?
I'm not sure if Birdcage is even acceptable any longer, but I loved that movie.
Dianne Wiest: Somebody has to like me best!
and Oh, what interesting china. It looks like young men playing leap frog.

Love birdcage but wouldn’t say this is a romantic comedy?

Do you want it to be "lesser known" or to include "You've Got Mail" and "Overboard"?

If we’re going old school, Overboard with Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn is amazing. Totally not PC but amazing.
I was going to suggest this. Goldie hawk was so good and they had such great chemistry.
