High school classes starting before 8AM. Students should not be in an academic class before 10am. You can come into a high school class if you need proof.

Teaching is a truly honorable profession however we spend so much more time mitigating student behavior. Each class should have an assistant teacher to assist certain students.

Mid of week days off. Yes it is planned around Jewish and Muslim holidays so day off can be in middle of week which is less preferable than a Mon or Fri day off.

I always find comments like this hilarious. Becuase then when parents don’t want to volunteer in school and don’t join the PTA to help out there are complaints.


Can assist in schools without snooping around to get info on certain classes, students etc. Come help out leave.

room parents trying to find out about a student that is not theirs! they think they can "help" with whatever it is that that student needs. they mean well generally, but do not need another adult to be managed when trying to handle 30 kids in the classroom. sorry but not sorry.

I'm a room parent at my kid's school, and I would like not to be one of the obnoxious ones. I really do just want to support the teacher (and in turn, make sure my kid is supported.) What is it that Room Moms do that's so obnoxious?
