Subject: NVSL Seeding Surprises?
To clarify a few things above. Both Old Keene Mill and Overlee are each hosting 2 Saturday meets. Overlee and Tuckahoe will travel to OKM for Saturday meets.

Okay that is amazing!!! So Overlee not only gets three home meets but both divisional meets. All the $$$$$$ to them.
Yup, and Tuckahoe still only gets two home meets and has to swim away at OKM. It’s the little things.
Who else has to drive to OKM, or do they have to go to Arlington 6 times (Overlee three times and then to Chesterbrook, DR, and HS?!!)?
Overlee has the other OKM home meet.

8 lane pools are faster than 6 lane pools.
The nicest pool is Virginia Run. I wish they would host. TEN lanes and the clubhouse is like an air conditioned hotel.
They are a miserable drive away, have a terrible seating set up and the club house is closed unless you work table

Somerset Olde Creek. It’s close to Woodson HS in Fairfax, and is not THAT bad but is basic. The same as most of the pools in that area.

I don’t think I’ve ever been there, but $475 for a new family membership (per their website ) very reasonable.
