Every time around acceptance season you will get the "I got in to x school, but I can't go because it is too expensive". So many people are clueless about the NPC. That information is not hidden from you. It sucks, I get it. School is a product like a car. Not everyone can affor a Mercedes, or even a new Hyundai. But why go through the difficulty of applying to a school you can't afford?

I guess it is too soon for the yield rates for the fall 2028 class to be reported?
I know some schools like Florida like Rutgers just started early action, presumably to get in on the game that the selective privates have been playing for a while.
Looking at the old common data sets, a lot of schools don't publish their ED acceptance rates, nor the number who apply ED. Schools like Tufts and UChicago don't report it at all.
