It seems that the “values” that BLM representatives have “centered” involve misappropriating BLM nonprofit funds for their private benefit to purchase fancy homes.

Stop.coddling.criminals. This is ithe one and only wraparound service they need. DC council is full of loons for whom protecting the rights of a criminal is more important that providing safe environment to law abiding citizens.

It’s time for tough love, have guts to implement laws and tough live. You commit a crime, you will be enrolled for mandatory service in Peace Corps or something similar. Make them build houses for the homeless, show them the value of work and how those free meals are earned.
