I went shopping today and we are having pancakes with toppings: butter, syrup, chocolate chips, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, and fresh strawberries. I got a bunch of melons on sale so doing a fruit salad on the side of watermelon, honey dew, cantaloupe, and pineapple. I ordered several boxes of fresh coffee from a local coffee shop which also supplies the cups, cream, and sugar for pick up that morning. Got OJ on sale, enough for the kids and the mimosas. I love tea so already have a large variety on hand. Also got 2 cases of mini water bottles.
I busted out my grandma's china set (pink floral) serving pieces and DH's grandma's vintage table linens (pinks and lace) and a tea set my grandma got for her wedding (white with gold polka dots). I got pink, white, and gold balloons and am just rolling with some sort of vintagey kitchy pancake party.
I also got little aprons for the kids to decorate and wear while they eat.
No cake, will sing HBD with a tower of pancakes.
Also, almost every guest added in how much they love that it's a Sunday morning party so PSA if you want a party where all guests attend go for 9:30am Sunday![]()
Will report back.

60 is a lot of people but if you have the space for it, go for it.
As for food, I’m known for being a great hostess, party planner and chef. I would not serve pancakes that were previously frozen. I would buy hungry jack frozen pancakes and waffles. Set up a fixins bar with juice and coffee. If you are going to have that many people, make sure it is nice. Have fun!
I'm sure some of your friends have electric griddles - borrow them!
