Best guess is he is gone. As a business, if it were in the plans to retain him or in his plans to stay, something would have or should have come out to inform their customers what their plans are. Especially when it's a national level program and this is the time where people and families are planning for 24/25 season.
Not to mention 2 out of the 3 GA coaches left and have not been replaced.

She has been in Europe for the past 7 yrs and played all over the place here - BRYC, LMVSC, Loudoun, Joga. Any local club claiming they developed her is full of it.
Any local club claiming they developed anyone is full of it. That's marketing the marketing plan though.

These clubs do not develop anyone. It’s all natural talent.
No, sarcasm noted, its a combination of things sure natural ability is one- coordinaton to run, stand on one foot, to kick balls around the house for fun, maneuver around furniture. If your two year old was doing that than I assume you invested lots of money into youth and club soccer, and I'm sure the results are there, all that 10,000 hours stuff see Gladwell, Malcolm. Clubs can showcase your talents, but very few clubs as currently structured have any interest in developing you. Fitting you into their team needs, system, or to feature a singular star player all happens in lieu of your development. Develop you to what? To go pro? To go to college? To be the stud of your intramural team? The model here is broken, clubs are still best platforms, but don't get it twisted that clubs develop any players. Parents wallets, kids ambition and work ethic, and yes some natural ability is necessary too
I find it odd that soccer people talk a lot about developing players. I don’t hear that in other sports. Basketball, football, people talk about a players individual talents but not which coach or club developed them. Where does this concept of development for soccer come from?

Back then there was movement of girls between the clubs picking DA or ECNL and a lot of bad blood over it too.

And VDA benefited from their decisions. Their college recruiting is outstanding! When was the last time another kid was committed to Stanford around here? VDA is the place to be.
I'm familiar with who you're speaking of. People should never be so naive to believe that a club has that much to do with a player being recruited vs what the player brings individually.
Beyond that, the 2006G group that VDA has is their most impressive group. Their performance isn't a direct reflection of being a part of VDA either, that group could be coached by a random parent and it could find success just based on the amount of talent on it. I'm not entirely familiar with how many are directly from their associated clubs but I recall a lot of them came from elsewhere.
Player movement within ECNL is common in high school years.
20 players on VDA 06 roster.
11 of them from PWSI/VSA.
13 of them at VDA since U13.
