Another example of a dress that would look great in a color. Any. Color.

She does not have good taste. Just because you're young doesn't mean you should skip the bra. Small and saggy is not a great look.
Small and saggy is like her signature look. Power to her!

It’s the Vagina dress!! I can’t believe nobody commented on that.
She had the designer embroider vaginas all over it. Look closely. It was done on purpose.

+1... several people had wins and walked by in front of her when she was at her table and she kept standing up and tucking her left tit back in her dress. Even my 80s father pointed it out 'that dress apparently doesn't fit because she can't keep her hand off her left tit!'

I am tired of this hairstyle on her and I really, really wish she'd pulled some of the color from the skirt into her jewelry or makeup. Like I'm imagining some pink or green near her face. I feel like it's a really wasted opportunity to create a really beautiful look. I never say this about Portman but it kind of feels like the dress is wearing her here. She looks checked out (and maybe is, it's been a weird year for her, so kudos to her for doing her job with regards to her new movie which looks good though I have not seen it).

Great color, great shape, hair and makeup perfect, you can tell she really loves it. Also if you haven't seen the Holdovers, she and Paul Giamatti are both really fantastic in and I recommend.
Oh gosh I LOVED her in The Holdovers and I am so happy she won - but that dress was making me so nervous. I worried she was one deep breath away from spilling right out of it! (I don't have much in the way of boobs so perhaps my anxiety was misplaced - maybe anyone with boobs would know that she was secure in there.)
I am with you. I too was excited she won but I was so afraid she was gonna fall out. I think it was not a wise dress choice.
I disagree. I know quite a bit about dress construction and she was very secure in this dress.
The thing about having boobs this size is that for red carpet, your option is to cover them up or just accept that they will be the focal point of your look. Unlike casual wear, there are simply fewer options for styling in terms of layering, and with a dress you have to make a neckline choice. I think people should do what they are comfortable with and have no issue with it either way. But I like that she decided to say "screw it, I have big boobs and I'm gonna show them off." The construction on this dress was impeccable. Not just the bust, but the peplum as well. You could tell she just really loved how she looked and that's a huge part of it too.
Anyway, I didn't worry about a wardrobe malfunction and I guarantee she didn't either -- she knows what has to be in place to make sure her boobs aren't going anywhere and she looked completely comfortable in it.

Oh I do not like that dress.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Bella Ramsey. I have to think on this. I appreciate that she stays true to herself no matter what and I like the color of the jacket. But it feels so casual and business-y. I think it's the color of the pants. Beige strikes again! I'm imagining this with a really rich navy for the pants and I think it's better.
This is not good. I'm all for women wearing pants and wearing comfy clothes, but this just doesn't look good in any way. I hate the pants -- color, fit, length, everything. The jacket is a nice color but looks like it's so tight around her neck.
FWIW, Bella Ramsey identifies as "they".

Wut.
I would have guessed "New Dancing with the Stars cast member." This makes me sad. Kate is a beautiful, elegant woman. She didn't have to do that to her face. I even think this dress and jewelry is fun and looks good on her! But she's unrecognizable. It's okay to be a beautiful older woman!
