Good for you? OP wants to live near Tysons. Maybe her work situation is different than yours.
DP, but it's something OP should consider. They want something 10-15 minutes from Tysons. With their budget, they're limited to townhouses. If they expand their commute time to 20-30 minutes, there will be some SFHs in their budget. They should consider what their actual obligations for going into the office are. If it's only a few days a week, which is pretty common in Tysons, stretching the commute may be worth it for getting the type of house they want.
