I have been to a lot of swim potlucks and I have never seen any of these served! Is this standard for dmv? Do you keep the salami and cream cheese on ice to keep it cold? I would avoid peanuts for a big crowd of kids.

Is walking taco the same thing as a Frito bag with toppings? Do you assemble them beforehand or just bring fixings?
