Their breakfast sandwiches are never hot. Maybe slightly above room temperature. Even when I mentioned this to Dunkin' employee, they just made me another lukewarm sandwich. Years ago, Dunkin' was great comfort food, but now it's barely mediocre. Never thought I'd say this, but Starbucks makes much better breakfast sandwiches and they're always piping hot.

The food doesn't taste like anything. I used to like the sour cream donut, but I had one recently ... nope, no taste. And the coffee is OK, but they kill it with too much cream.

Brew your own coffee from home. Don't eat donuts. Use the toilets if necessary. Stay hard.

Iced coffee with milk no sugar is amazing!!! It has a dark French roast taste v Starbucks is too amber. And it's always cheaper

Doughnuts are dry and everything else is overpriced.

I used to love the donuts, but the last time I ate one, it tasted of rancid oil. I think that's the last time for me. The coffee is ok though.
