What the heck.
For sons it’s for sports & warning potential. For daughters, being over 5”9 is a liability & not attractive.

So if I listed my actual height, lots of women would think I was shorter than I am in reality. Funny enough, I went on a date with a girl who called me out on it when we got intimate and literally made me take out a ruler to measure myself when she was at my place. I owned up to lying and told her why, then she said she was glad I lied because if my height was 1 inch less in my dating profile I would have been filtered out (I am on the shorter side). We dated for 2 years and it didn’t work out in the end, but this shows that a lot of women don’t really know what they want. Women will be picky for absolutely no reason other than because they’re on an app.
Going forward I no longer lied about my height FWIW.
And this is the attitude of misogyny that leads women to use filters.

Date the people who want to date you. If a woman wants a tall guy and you aren’t tall why bother trying to change her mind when there are plenty of women who would be fine with your height and date you? The real problem is you want what you can’t have and rather than adjust your thinking and find the love or sex you want, you insist those with height preferences adjust theirs and sit at home alone seething when they don’t. How is that working out for you?
Anonymous wrote:Best sex of my life with a guy who was 5’4” (I’m 5’2”). But he had zero weird attitude about it. He was relaxed and confident and hot. B, wherever you are, I wish you well.
OP, short guys can make it work (and how). If you are not doing so, that’s down to you. It’s not that every woman in the world has illegitimate tastes.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Why are men so weightist? Why do they think a 24 BMI is fat?
Because that can be fixed.
And yet the vast majority of women over 40 are fat asses.
