Subject: Non Junky Party Favors
Everything listed has definitely been junky and not appreciated by many.
Party favors are unnecessary.
Dc once received a thank you card that was a photocard made from the Party with all the kids posed and a nice note of appreciation. That ended up a treasured item. Can't say the same for a single party favor

Ds (turning 9) is having a basketball party. I’m doing mini basketballs (that you can dribble), chocolate basketballs, ring pops and sunglasses in a cute basketball bag. There’s a mix of kids who are and aren’t into basketball coming to the party so I didn’t want to make it too basketball focused, and it’s on the first day of summer vacation so I figure sunglasses and candy are fine. Anything else I should add?

A couple of people have mentioned sunglasses. I think my kids have at least 25 pairs of kid sunglasses. I'm surprised people mention wanting these.
