If you are in the habit of juicing and you like carrot/ginger, look up the Reboot With Joe cold raw vegan carrot soup. It is amazing. I skip the coconut.

Every day for lunch: tomato from my garden, basil from my garden, fresh mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil. I'm literally addicted at this point, and good thing since my garden is overproducing.

You shouldn't purchase/eat anything but wild-caught USA shrimp.

If you don't eat anything but shrimp you will get scurvy unless you are a flamingo.

Anything a little special or different but healthy you have been enjoying recently?

I had something similar but I made milanese pork chops and laid them on a bed of argula with shaved parmesan. I used Tessamae's lemon garlic dressing.

I got sucked into an instagram vortex about baking canned beans to make them crispy and made this recipe a few days ago. My family finished them all within two days and asked me to make them again. They are great straight from the container (which is how my kids have been eating them) but I've been tossing them on salads and they are so good that way.

Reviving this thread for more ideas. I am currently eating a huge salad with chicken and vegetables and this dressing:

Very good and different for me. I’ve used something similar over sautéed vegetables with chicken before and I’m going to do that again soon.

Also fresh nectarines are so good right now!

quinoa upma. I doctor the recipe below and add just tons of veggies in it. I also add fresh grated coconut in it. It tastes amazing with the nuts and veggies. Make it in instapot and it gets cooked very quickly.
