No. They didn't make any wait list offers at all. Must be full or slightly over and comfortable with summer melt.
It seems like VT swings back and forth every year with enrollment--one year they are overcrowded, then next they draw 10k from the WL, the next they are full again.
Many schools have unpredictable waitlists. Every year is different, depending on who is accepting or not.

They only filled 700 spots from last year's wait list and that was a big year.
