OP, I'm glad it went well!! You didn't binge! That is fantastic.
I'm coming up on a challenging time right now - my period is due in the next 2-5 days, and I get more focused on sweet. While I didn't do added sugar yesterday, I had two bowls of frozen mango after dinner, which were delicious. (I wasn't hungry, I just wanted that sweet!!). And this morning I was going into the cabinet to get tea and realized I was looking at the fruit snacks and granola bars with lust in my heart!
I shut the cabinet door. So that was a win right there. But they are still kind of calling me. I think I'm going to put some fake sugar in my tea - Is that a bad idea?
