I live on the cul de sac. I would be so happy if others in the community would throw community cul de sac potlucks for the whole neighborhood.
Apparently the whole neighborhood isn't invited thought. And it's rude af to coopt someone else's cul-de-sac and not invite all the people on that cul-de-sac. And I'd tell the hosts that.
The neighbor in OP's post was rude af too. Not for the lack of invite. But for throwing it in her face. As someone else said, that's why we don't have our kids disseminate party invites in school. Adults should know better.
