DP. You must be joking. Did you watch the entire video? SHE was calling him the N-word from the get-go. He was filming her at the end to make sure he recorded her because he wasn't recording her at the beginning of her tirade and didn't know the person in the above apt. was filming. Get real. He did nothing wrong.
Even before she started hurling racial epithets, her behavior was despicable.
At the outset, she says "You work for me. I'm your boss. I'm your f**king boss."
That alone was abominable. It went way downhill from there.

And I don't know that anyone has placed blame on him and not her---I am a pp that has placed blame on both of them. She said horrible things that she shouldn't have said. Her clothes, her hair, and most importantly her words/actions show that she was not mentally healthy during that video--and yet he continues after her.
Her words and actions are the most important indicators that she wasn’t mentally healthy? Are you saying that calling someone an N word is an indication that they are mentally unhealthy? Kudos to Uber driver. He was being yelled at in the car. He stopped it and threw her out. She was yelling the whole time. Probably horrified that he stopped the trip. And by her comments, you can see she is entirely irrational. His comments were appropriate. No, he was, in no way, at fault here.
You would make a very poor lawyer. A great Karen, though.
Yes, she is irrational, no his comments are not appropriate. You don't poke the bear. You disengage and get as far away as possible.
