This is based on several recent reports on podcasts and so forth. The apocalyptic situation is prob less of a concern than for those in Eastern Europe. But, obviously, if you're to be affected that is a big issue for you.
Putin would be a pariah, however. And it is my understanding that China has an agreement to defend Ukraine in this situation? Is that current information? It is not in his interest IF HE IS EVEN REMOTELY SANE (which he may not be).
I don't see where any of this is Biden's game. So the OP is bizarre to me.
Even if Putin used "tactical" nukes, the fallout would hit western Russia, not too far from Moscow. This would be the fastest way to topple Putin, IMO.

I think we’re trying to topple him, thinking this is our chance. I fear that what we’re doing is just pushing him into a corner, leaving him with only one option: nukes.
Do we start planning for a 6-month stay in Wyoming or somewhere away from big cities? That’s crazy right? And yet as I type it I wonder if it’s just prudent at this point.
If you’re a real, sincere American: You’ve been pulled in by the Russia propaganda effort.
The current situation is dangerous, because Russia is trying to conquer the world.
Putin’s Russia is a nihilistic, obnoxious country that isn’t even trying to do anything kind of decent anywhere in the world. If we the choice is between letting Putin continue on his current path and ending life on Earth as we know it, we end life on Earth as we know it. I hope and believe that plenty is going on behind the scenes and that there’s a pleasant third option. But, if the only options are really between oblivion and letting Putin continue to spread evil, hello oblivion.
You are out of your mind. Countries rise and fall. There is one Earth.

Keep trying to convince yourself that he’s a dotard afflicted with dementia. It’s worked so well.
Everyone’s already convinced. Next?
No one is convinced. YOu seem to understand him quite well after his speeches and when he says things you all don't like. But at the same time, he's a demented old fool who can't string a sentence together? Which is it?

He didn't seem crazy when he kicked Trumps @ss in the debate.
