Same. Bought at a reasonable price, but taxes have really gone up as the neighborhood appreciated. I think we started at ~2900 PITI & now are approaching $3400. 20% down, but house now assessed at 1.5x+ when we bought.

HHI $175k. PITI just went up to $1965 with the increase in property taxes.
