1. No lawsuit because the masker and family didn't hear the lady and bartender slam them for their politics, and they're not going to find anyone to testify they did.

2. Just because they didn't have a lot of people in the pub doesn't mean they need the revenue from that party. They could be raking in plenty from other business opportunities such that it doesn't matter how many people actually come in to eat and drink.

3. MAGA coffers are doing plenty fine, thank you very much.
