Plenty of people have sex outdoors on a nice night, we have and it’s fun. But we are not loud so I doubt our neighbors would hear us. We have young children so we have mastered the art of keeping quiet.

We have an outdoor hot tub and in the dead of winter there is no better place to have sex. It’s very private and I doubt our neighbors are out in the cold hoping for a show.

A few years ago we were in a hotel and it was clear the people in the next room were going at it. The next morning they were leaving at the same time as us and we realized they were at least 60. We resisted giving them a round of applause.

It wouldn't bother me but this is a consent issue. When you go to a sex resort- everyone there knows and consents to what will happen. When you have sex in public and other people who aren't expecting it and havent consented to it can see or hear you - that's not ethical kink. What if a child or a survivor of SA witnessed it? Not cool.


Your backyard isn't public. Otherwise I could just set up a tent and live there.


Is it your belief that the old man next door is legally allowed to stand in his front yard and flash school children walking by, or masturbate in view of the children playing in the yard next door? It's his property right?
