The most telling response is that about how he is newly motivated to participate in community issues in Ward 3. It seems that the irony of that tweet has escaped him.

Seriously. He ran for the Ward 3 seat in 2006 and after garnering something like 200 votes, never engaged in his community or the Ward. Fast forward to 2022, he parachutes in and thinks he can win a Ward seat on the tails of the Washington Post, Business community and DFER support. I am glad he lost and hope Ward 3 shows that politics cannot be bought in DC.

I'm really worried he might still win - 900 votes difference with 4,000 left to count.

Goulet had a two point lead at the first release. For every release after, Frumin out polled Goulet. Given the remaining votes are from the weekend and Election Day, there is virtually zero chance of this happening.

Goulet would have to outpoll Frumin by 23 points to pick up 900 votes out of 4,000. Not going to happen.
