Extremely liberal dem here. Kindly STFU. Live in reality. We’ll take anyone who stands for the truth at this point. We don’t have room to be talking about her POS Dad. He is garbage but that’s where we’re at. She has consistently been standing up against the EVIL FASCIST GOP. The republicans of today make Dick look like Barney the dinosaur straight up.
Dick Cheney killed a hundred thousand innocent civilians and led a torture campaign. None of the people you’re talking about killed hundreds of thousands of civilians or water boarded and tortured people. Why don’t you care about that?
First, because of the very simple principle that Liz Cheney is quite literally not Dick Cheney.
Second, because the Republicans today are rapidly bringing fascism into America. That is still much, much worse than the Iraq war.
How many civilians did Trump kill? If insensitive and sometimes bigoted tweets > murdering thousands of civilians during an illegal war and leading a torture campaign to you than you’re not a serious person. I’d rather someone say I’m from an s-hole country than murder and torture my family while illegally invading my country personally but maybe that’s just a personal preference.

BUILD THE WALL. BUILD THE WALL.
Nope. More socially conservative Latinos who increasingly are voting Republican because they are in complete shock at how nutty the socially progressive left is please. They can’t come quickly enough to save us from these loons.
Babe. Your party’s position is BUILD THE WALL. BUILD THE WALL.

+1
Republicans have been doing this for many years.

If R wants to win people back, it will have to be filled with decent human beings because these are role models for my children and I will not raise my children in that manner. We are supposed to be setting examples. On January 6, I turned in my R card. I was fine with the Tea Party. I was fine with Trump (in 2016). But I was not fine with the 4 years of increasing racism. I do not think that all Rs are bad, nor do I even think that all of Trump's policies were bad but I will not associate myself or my family with racists.
Exactly.

Note the mainstream Republicans on this thread glossing right over this, even as they usually like to brag that he’s the most popular talking head. Schrodinger’s Fascist. He is the most popular person in media but no one watches him, somehow.
Exactly.
“Tucker who?”

Read the Post article above. Some Republican politicians and media figures have absolutely mainstreamed replacement theory so that even “normal” Republicans like Elise Stefanik are spouting it now.
Which Post article?
It’s the third post on this thread. Here it is with no paywall:
Conservative media is familiar with Buffalo suspect’s alleged ‘theory’

Today's The Daily podcast is about this, too. It's chilling to the bone.

It's not just that this idea is spouted by such prominent Republicans, but when you tie it in with the R obsession with guns, you really feel like this is their plan. It's terrifying.
Anonymous wrote:Yes, demographics are changing. That's just objective statistics.
But the Big Lie in this cases is Republicans claiming that this is happening on purpose by Democrats as part of a larger plot to "replace" the "real Americans." That's the new Big Lie. And that's where the GOP is acting incredibly dangerous and providing motive/inspiring these lunatics with their guns.
You can talk about demographic shifts without projecting malice onto others. That seems to be Republicans talking points this morning - deflecting from the fact that they are trying to pin blame on someone, anyone - minorities, Democrats, Joe Biden, Jewish, city dwellers - for the change in demographics.
And then Republicans are stating that they will stop the changes. Pray tell, how?
