It’s the greatest tragedy in our history that Orange Doofus didn’t do the same thing here at the start of the pandemic. Think of the millions of lives that would’ve saved.
All that blood is on your hands, Freedumber’s. All of it.
I would take the US approach over China's approach all day long. The greatest tragedy of our history would have been the forced lockdowns on our population.
Then you don’t have any comprehension of what the word “tragedy” even means.
Hint: it’s not “being required to stay in your house for a couple weeks”, snowflake.
Yes this is definitely going to be over in a couple weeks.
It could have been if trump and his idiot followers hadn’t screwed it up.
Right! And if we did what Shanghai did, this would’ve been over 2 years ago. We need to bring that here. Sure people couldn’t leave their houses or get food, but people should store lots of food anyway so it’s their fault for being ignorant. Just have food, watch Netflix for a month, and shutup and do what you’re told. Fauci is the expert. Not us. Even if it saves one life, it’s worth it.
But no trumpers wanted to leave their house to “work”. They didn’t wanna work, they wanted to attend more Charlottesville-like rally’s!!

But not wrong. Posters on this board constantly call for "true lockdowns."
Yes. I’m one of them. And not the least bit ashamed to admit it. If we’d taken measures like China’s back in March of 2020, there would never have been a pandemic here at all.
This whole thing is the fault of republicans, led by trump. Dems tried to implement real lockdowns that would’ve been effective, but they were cut off at the knees.

She posted videos leading up to the lockdown of different stores and what was left/out of stock due to the impending shutdowns.
Also, she's gotten 1-2 food deliveries per week.
The hardest thing according to her, is that the government will send out requests in the middle of the night for tests to be submitted by a certain time, usually very early the next morning. Also, they will send out requests for test very randomly during the middle of the day. Like she had to submit a test by 8am yesterday. The day before she had to submit a test by 7 am and then they had to go out with their compound mates to get antigen tests that afternoon.
They aren't allowed to do other things like take walks, but they can go out on their balconies. They have to submit a request to be allowed out with their dog for a walk and are monitored.

Your the dumbest poster ever!!!!
Even if we did a full lock down in March 2020, let’s say for 3 months?
Then when we opened back up, the minute we get a traveler from Europe or Africa come with Covid, boom, pandemic.
That’s exactly what happened with Delta and Omicron! So even if we escaped first wave with full lock downs, we still get hit with variants…
Also what happens to jobs when we are locked down for months on end. Real lock down were you can’t even leave your home???
Dumbest poster ever.
