This whole thing is the fault of republicans, led by trump. Dems tried to implement real lockdowns that would’ve been effective, but they were cut off at the knees.

The hardest thing according to her, is that the government will send out requests in the middle of the night for tests to be submitted by a certain time, usually very early the next morning. Also, they will send out requests for test very randomly during the middle of the day. Like she had to submit a test by 8am yesterday. The day before she had to submit a test by 7 am and then they had to go out with their compound mates to get antigen tests that afternoon.
They aren't allowed to do other things like take walks, but they can go out on their balconies. They have to submit a request to be allowed out with their dog for a walk and are monitored.
Sounds awesome.

You are sadly misinformed if you think this lockdown in America would have made the virus disappear. In Dec. 2020 there was an outbreak among researchers in ANTARCTICA -- the most isolated place on earth. All the researchers tested negative weeks earlier before arrival. Experts were unable to explain how it happened. Viruses don't just go away. That goes triple for airborne viruses that infect multiple species like this one. People on local facebook groups to this day are insisting that if we had done a REAL lockdown this would all be over and they won't listen to reason.
