If this is true, that is disturbing to me. Considering how many people I know—including family member and friends—who suffered from COVID-19 and/or or lost loved ones to this disease, I will not vote for anyone who would be irresponsible enough to disregard the mask mandate that was in place and risked the lives of others. In my opinion, that demonstrates a lack of judgment, concern and respect for others.
Face covering means a covering that fully covers a person’s nose, mouth, and chin and is secured to the person’s head, including cloth face coverings, scarves, and bandanas. It does not include face covering with a valve; or solely wearing a face shield.
Sounds like a mesh mask could meet the requirements in the mandate. It would do about as much as cloth masks on kindergarteners.
“ Face covering means a covering that fully covers a person’s nose, mouth, and chin”—if there are holes near the face, mouth, and chin, such as with a mesh mask, fully covered isn’t happening. Sounds like a mesh mask could not met the requirements in the mandate.
What do you people mean by mesh? I went back and looked at that testimony, and you couldn't see any holes in her mask.
It's not a known secret she did this. She is proud of it on Twitter. Someone called her out for it. She also had her sons wear mesh masks all throughout the pandemic ALL while talking about how ineffective any masks other than KN95s are.....she is a mess. She lays it all out for you to see. None of this is secret.

Get off your phone. You can see her entire mouth and nose through the mask. This isn’t a debate. She proudly admits she and her kid wear mesh masks.
Her words so drop the bull.
I don’t remember a requirement for masks to be opaque.

Not in the phone. I don’t see any holes. Where did she say she wore mesh?
