DP - I’ve got an aluminum baseball bat, and will not hesitate to use it on the horn and windshield of any truck blowing it near my condo. That’s what I’ll be doing about it.

Oh they did. Cops picked up plenty of weapons but didnt arrest. The truckers probably won't try to get in dc. They aren't going to find much sympathy in the US and they will be chased away.

I've always said all one bad guy would have to do is jack knife a tractor trailer and paralyze the beltway, we'd all be scr#wed by whatever they did next.
