NO WAY are all those floating staircases to code. The set next the windows looks like the treads are different distances in rise (at the top) and width - super dangerous risk of falling - and the there is a dangerous opening between the tread and the window. I believe that if the tread is truly floating you are required by code to have dual sided handrails. Someone should ask code inspector.....

Same. There seems to be some flipper rule, to add something eye catching to the curb. I could handle the turquoise doors, but patches of yellow or orange paneling on grey exterior is taking things too far.
