They have been good for 3 years….lol. There 06s….
There is only one VDA team we’re players left and that’s the 05s
Put it to rest
Why did 05s leave?
They were cut.
Who knows. Loudoun 05 lost a bunch.
The 05 age group is on odd in this area. I think the age change hit them the hardest.

How did VDA cut them in January? VDA must have really wanted them gone.

This doesn’t have to do with any 06 teams. This has to do with parents of 06 players thinking their kid or team is better than what they are.
I understand fully that 06 is birth year in the pay to play model. What I’m trying to tell you is that is doesn’t fully correspond with graduation year.
More likely than not. A top level 06 ECNL team will be comprised of players in the recruit class of 2024. They are typically playing against players their same exact age as themselves.
However, some 05s are also Class of 2024 but are playing against kids who are older.
Next year, that 05 will have to play on the 04/05 age group and will be competing against kids two years older…..while the 06 will never have to do that.

40 percent of your 06 team is class of 2025?
Wow, you need help with either math or how soccer age groups work and go up every year. If 05s are doing it next year, some 06s will the year after, then some 07s, then some 08s... crazy how math and counting works.
The only 06s that will do that are the ones in the Class of 2025. Go look at your roster and tell me the percent
40%. Next question, n00b...
