Because the murderer killed himself?
What about Michelle Troconis' role?
At worst, she is an accessory after the fact. I assume they will get around to her and the attorney eventually, but I don’t actually think they played a part in the death, only the coverup.

I don’t think they have good evidence to this effect or they would be charged accordingly. Even the after the fact evidence has reasonable doubt. Which is why they haven’t gone to trial.
