DC received $35k/year with decision yesterday and I think that is close to the max offered

So 35k or around that from the total cost of what...~ $90k/year or so?

Waiting on RISD

Congrats from one parent of an art major (performing arts over here) to another! Exciting acceptances and I’m fully aware of the “extra” that goes into these applications with portfolios, interviews etc.

Agree! My DC is in at SAIC and waiting on RISD too.

We took DC to NYC Portfolio day and I was in awe of the many, many students in attendance hustling around with their large portfolios standing there while AOs gave feedback on their work- which we know they put their heart and soul into.

PP here : it’s no joke! My DC has six more interviews left and then they wait for final acceptances so they can make a decision between their current and additionals that come in. It’s so intense on top of school work, EC’s, and interviews. The applications and portfolios aren’t the end of the process for these kids!

Wow! Spoiled for choice! What's the 2nd choice after ND?

Most likely Georgetown but we are very hopeful!
