What did they sacrifice? clubs don't care about individual players and what they want, they want teams with full rosters. If current ECNL families don't want to play GA and leave, they'll be replaced with other players, there is no shortage of families/players in the area.

What did they sacrifice? They will have no problem filing the same number of teams and roster spots at the same fees. They sacrificed nothing

If you had a daughter in her prime recruiting years and now have to play in GA you'd understand.

It’s not going to be as big a loss as you think. The same college coaches she has been engaging with will be at the GA events too. And they’ll still be at non-league events like Jeff Cup.
