Yeah. The ring being erased. Incredible. And then the mirrored video from where the car was impounded. I just can’t even with these cops. Clearly trying to frame her. But why?? Bc they did it? Or bc they just hated her and thought it was her fault in some way, even if not intentional?
Rumor is Proctor saw her text to Yaneti that she hit him which can't be entered as evidence. They probably went over the top trying to nail her which ironically will get her off.
What did the text allegedly say? Did I hit him?

Jen McCabe is going down tomorrow with Kolokithas’ testimony. Jen and Kelly Dever should offer to room together on the inside.
Who is Kolokitha?

They have literally not shown that.
Yes, a pic of the taillight from when the PD picked it up from her dads- it was intact - and apparently the only one honest cop around who also said it wasn’t smashed when he saw it. Yet it was suddenly smashed after being in police custody with the flipped video (oops!) and the cop hiding on that side of her car for awhile.
The CW case is dead, as hard as this judge has tried to put her hands on the scale for the prosecution. Hung jury if not a complete NG verdict.
Are we watching the same trial? He testified on crossed that his memory was compromised. He admitted that when he looked at it again, he believed the snow could’ve been blocking his view.
