And who is going to pay for that? The only way you really get that is privatized and specialized care that is expensive. Public resources are stretched and most of the services that are available to public cases are not close to that.
I understand why you suggest that, but realistically, he will not get that care as a public ward.

Agree with this, the only way he has a chance. He should certainly be removed from his current home immediately.

This. The woman's lawyer is saying that "Taylor faced mental health issues after having an ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage, which he said contributed to the shooting." So it's not enough that she gave birth to this devil's spawn of a child when she was 19 years old - she has continued getting pregnant despite being a drug user and not having custody of her own child. Her grandfather apparently has custody. On what planet does a great-grandparent have responsibility for raising a 6-year-old severely disturbed child? She is a perfect argument for mandatory long-acting birth control, or if that doesn't work, sterilization.
I’m guessing that money is involved here. Quite often when the parents are messed up, the grandparents get money from the government to have official custody of the grandkids, even though often those kids continue to basically be raised (or not) by the messed up parents.

Clearly you are not educated about this case; because if you were you wouldn't be making this ridiculous statement. The family home of this deeply disturbed child is equally disturbing. Both of his parents sound like complete nightmares, with the only somewhat stability being the grandfather. It is all well documented. Sure, there are some very good and well meaning parents out there in the world who try everything to help their child and the cards are stacked against them and if only there were more government resources their child might success. But this particular family is not that, not at all. So stop.

Yup this is the first interview with the reading specialist.
Based on what the reading specialist said, charges for Ebony Parker should be forthcoming. Parker should spend some time in prison, her failure to act on that day was criminally negligent.
