"Consistently" is a bit of a stretch don't you think? I'll give you 1-2 age groups have performed well over the last 2 years but the rest of NVA...not so much.

There's no actual drama in our club. We can't help it if spiteful lower team parents get mad that their kids aren't good enough to promote out of Loudoun into NVA. We take talent from multiple Maryland, DC, and Virginia clubs.
There is no “Elite” kid really. At the top teams in the area, all of them are pretty much the same level of skills give or take. Whoever calls themselves “Elite” is delusional or their parents lie to them.

incorrect. It’s revenue driven. I can tell you personally at multiple age group they bring in similar talented kids relative to whats available on the loudoun teams. This is why NVA and previously Loudoun ECNL mediocre. The club doesnt have the pedigree to gobble up the elite kids.
