Biden will spend the next few months raiding the coffers to give away money to potential friendly voters. He will spend so much money, it will make the college money giveaway look like child's play.

The establishment moderates dems are happy with the current system and out come. Let’s face it the Dems are not going to drop the filibuster and they are never going to win 60 plus seats in the senate. This mean the status quo with more republican victories like abortion, support for Russia and china, country over run with immigrants, etc

Agree. After the assassination attempt, the tide has turned even more for Trump. If Biden doesn't bow out now, it's 100% pure selfishness. If he ran because he felt Trump was a danger to our democracy (which he is), then Biden should bow out because he can't win.


Biden doesn’t care. Did you hear his press conference? He said he still wouldn’t step aside even if it was shown that Harris has a higher likelihood of winning. It’s the height of selfishness and narcissism, and his party will pay dearly for it.

I'm sure critics are regrouping and will commence "Biden get out" efforts after the RNC Convention this week and after some of the dust has settled from the assassination attempt.

You are entirely correct. But I fear it's a lost cause now. I'm hearing a lot fewer Democrats pushing Biden to step aside since the shooting - everyone is circling the wagons in both camps, which ultimately, will bring about a Trump victory.

I hope I'm wrong.
