You need to get out more. Most people DGAF about the fringe issues Twitter’s going to stop moderating. I read an article about Twitter lifting the bans on saying trans women are men and such…and I didn’t care. 99.9% of people aren’t Tweeting about trans people and won’t even notice the policy has changed.

The tenor of discourse on Twitter has really improved since Musk reinstated the demon seed doctor.

Maybe he shouldn’t have fired the content moderation team so their bonuses wouldn’t vest?

He overpaid for a sh#tty, thankless job. I guess he didn’t have enough stress in his life?

The banks who underwrote the debt and his equity holders are going to take a bath on this.

Latest from Musk:

“Twitter's content moderation council will include representatives with widely divergent views, which will certainly include the civil rights community and groups who face hate-fueled violence."

In other words he will force civil rights leaders to sit next to racist hate groups to discuss their differences in opinion.

No it will be filled up with bots. Musk wants to get back to when Twitter was populated by bots. Twitter stopped it because it was mostly white nationalists and Russians bots.
