We just got an e-mail from Inova saying they're not testing anyone who's asymptomatic or has mild symptoms. Testing only symptoms that are moderate and up.

And hospitals are also desperately short on blood, probably because fewer people are donating and there is less staff to handle the donations.

And…if kid has the sniffles…wear mask. It is a courtesy. BUT…in case someone has the sniffles we all wear masks…f off. Doesn’t make sense. We are safe now. It is ok. If you think otherwise. There is always online virtual options for those that are fearful.

I think this is exactly what we’ll see from this Governor. “Listen to the parents” is limited in scope.


So long as the scope doesn’t include DCUM…fine with it.

My parents are at high risk due to health issues but they just got off a cruise. They are triple vac’d and say they don’t have forever to enjoy their life again. My point is the older, vulnerable group is out having fun, and so should kids. Free the kiddos!

And yet the mask mandate is going to persist in FCPS likely for the rest of the year because executive orders do not supercede law.

And cite your body of evidence for the 'bunking' of the efficacy of masks (note: there's more than just one study).
