I have lived in Virginia all my life all over the commonwealth. Virginians aren’t known to be extreme on either end. First there would have to be a law on his desk to sign. I don’t think it will get to that point, not anytime soon.

So stop painting Virginians as extreme right pro life marching single issue voter crazy trains. We’re not.

Are you kidding? We are talking about the VA GOP legislators here. From 2012-2020, the VA Republicans forced women to get a vaginal probe and 24-hr waiting period before getting an abortion. This was happening up until LAST YEAR when the Ds took over.

And the 2021 Rs are even crazier than the 2012 Rs. Of course they will try to pull that Texas crap here.

I corrected earlier that just a regular u/s and 24 hr eating period are required. The vaginal probe got squashed.

You fools wouldn’t know Marxism if it hit you in the arse. Terry is a moderate pro business Democrat. Europeans laugh at the hysteria (you can’t even differentiate between socialism and communism) about communism. Don’t like a policy? Let’s throw the word communism around!

Even the Hampton Roads Black Caucus has endorsed Glenn Youngkin.

They had ENOUGH of Terry's Tricks.

Well, we have two capitalist candidates so we are good there.

Oh wait. You do know what Marxism is, right?

Terry thinks government knows what's best for children - like in Communist countries.

Where and when did you go to school? Who is responsible for this ignorance?

The people insisting Youngkin would turn VA into Texas are obviously extremely insecure about this election (as they should be), and are trying to intimidate on-the-fence voters into voting for McAuliffe. Youngkin may be personally opposed to abortion (as are Biden and Tim Kaine, btw), but he is going to uphold all laws of VA.

Youngkin is on video saying he wants to ban abortion completely. He had never denied that this is what he believes. Apparently you feel you have to lie about your candidate to make him electable.

Yes, what would Youngkin do if presented with anti-abortion legislation?

PPs are LYING if they say he wouldn’t sign it.

He’s already said he would.

Exactly. Some of you don’t seem to remember that within the last decade, the legislature passed the most ridiculous laws attempting to intimidate women and doctors and sanctioning state-sanctioned rape (the infamous ‘vaginal probe’) in the guise of “making sure the woman is fully informed”. The gerrymandered districts are still out there, and the legislature is poised to go all dumbass again due to the thin margins. You think Youngkin would veto those laws if reintroduced? And all of you going on about education should run for your local school boards and stop thinking Youngin will do diddly squat for you.

As much as you, the Biden’s, Obama, Abrams, Harris, and random Dems try to make this election about Trump, it is about McAuliffe and Youngkin and what people in Virginia want.

Stop by a Virginia coffee shop today, and the only people talking about Trump will be the pink pussy cat hat boomers too old to evolve politically.

This. I can’t stand Trump (who is NOT ON THE BALLOT), but I’ll tell you what I can’t stand more: needing to waste money on private school because the navel gazing equity morons in charge can’t get out of their own way. Bye!!

Nothing wrong with bringing more equity into the schools. Were you always a racist or is this new behavior?

DP.
Equity? Nope.
Equality? Sure.

Equity: fairness or justice in the way people are treated

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/

DP. You’re opposed to notions of fairness and justice in schools? You’re really letting the racist flag fly here.

DP. Academic equity is the opposite of academic excellence.

I'd like to see excellence in schools.

In which schools?

Currently, inequalities and biases are creating additional hurdles for some kids and schools to achieve “excellence”.

Don’t you want ALL kids and schools to excel?

DP. Why don't you tell us which public schools you're referring to?

DP. Look at SOL scores for any school system in VA that isn’t all white and you’ll see what pp was talking about.

Exactly.

Does PP truly want to see excellence in ALL schools? Or just those in historically white areas?

It’s pretty clear pp wants excellence for white children, and wants the rest of them to know their place in the kitchen.

You know, the Youngkin model.

How’s that basket? Crowded? She vastly VASTLY underestimated how full it’d be.

I don’t know. She modeled the basket after her arse, so it should be huge.
