Gonzaga blamed the situation on PVI. Said they needed to control the Gonzaga students because they can’t.
Sounds similar to when they destroyed the retreat location.
Great leadership at Gonzaga.
It better not impact PVI's ability to host games.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:What happened with PVI? I know the Gonzaga students came out en masse, sat on the PVI side (not visitor section) and did not follow any of the rules. Had not heard anything ab PVI policy changes.
It’s just boys being boys.

For a number of years Bullis would be bringing in 4 D1 football recruits and the lacrosse program was doing the same thing. Senior transfers, mid year transfers... they have operated like a mini IMG Academy for the past decade and the new Headmaster is clearly putting an end to it or at the very least scaling it back.

Landon looks pretty athletic however they turn the ball-over a TON for a team that is supposed to be well coached. The Bears, similar in the Prep game, still can't clear the ball which is shocking for a HS team of their caliber. If Landon could clear the ball, they probably win the game last night by 3 - 4 easily.
Both goalies for each team played lights out, in particular the Bullis keeper who stoped some point blank shots.
I expect another tough game on Saturday but do think if Landon can fix some of their mistakes, they should win by a couple. Expect a tight game regardless.
Based on cumulative results from around the league, GP is clearly the front-runner as the #1 seed.
Where things get interesting is for Landon, Bullis, and the Saints. They have all beat one another. I am going to rule STA out and assume they will be the #6 seed for the playoffs. While EHS knocked off the Saints yesterday, its a rivalry game, and I do expect the Saints to come out and win by a good margin on Saturday.
The schedule we were given this spring only shows semifinals and finals for the IAC tournament. Is it possible they are limiting the playoffs to 4 teams, since EHS is not playing a full IAC schedule?
