The new location doesn’t have any lighting options and it’s so disorganized to have to look at a website on a small computer to decide...they should send all options to us in advance...no clue why they make this hard on the customers!
We had to raise it ourselves, but we’re already firmly in the camp of wanting to pick our own out and bring it in. They told me their selection was limited anyways.
We're in the same boat as you...but it’s crazy that they don’t even bother offering it. Some folks would probably want to do pendants or scones through Toll. Feels like they don’t know how to run a business which makes me question the whole process based on the feedback others have provided.
Yeah, we’ve been really frustrated and even angry at times. Wish I would have just listened to all the bad reviews and avoided signing a K with them. It’s maddening to be spending this much money and get such poor customer service. I’m just worn out at this point, which is perhaps their goal.
The design center team, however, has at least been more responsive than the sales team. They’ve been awful.

Wait, what? We were never told about this at. all.
Yeah, but it’s not cheap
I don't know why they make it so damn hard to give them money.
They also do string lights and can make sure the outlet outside is at the right height for them. The things they don’t tell you unless you ask... 😂
